    As a Transformation Officer, you will play a pivotal role in steering the organization through complex change initiatives that align with its long‑term strategic vision. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing transformation strategies, translating high‑level objectives into actionable plans, and establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress. You will work closely with senior leaders to identify opportunities for improvement, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure that transformation projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Strategic Planning and Execution: Assist the Head of Transformation Office in crafting and implementing the organization’s transformation strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
    • Change Management: Design and execute comprehensive change management plans, including communication, training, and support strategies, to facilitate smooth transitions and minimize resistance.
    • Performance Analysis and Improvement: Conduct in‑depth analyses of existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose performance improvement initiatives that drive measurable results.
    • Project Management: Lead cross‑functional teams, manage resources, and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of transformation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with employees, customers, and partners, communicating transformation objectives and progress while incorporating feedback to refine initiatives.
    • Innovation and Best Practices: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in transformation and change management, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

    Qualifications and experience required for this role include:

    • A Master’s degree in engineering, business administration, management, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in strategic planning, change management, and project management, with a track record of delivering complex transformation initiatives.
    • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, coupled with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to influence and motivate cross‑functional teams.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and software, and familiarity with performance improvement and innovation methodologies.

    Preferred skills and experience include:

    • Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Change Management.
    • Experience in a leadership role within a Chief Transformation Office or similar environment.
    • Knowledge of industry‑specific regulations and standards relevant to the organization’s sector.
