Position Overview
As Sales Lead – Ivory Coast, you will spearhead a high‑performing sales organization focused on acquiring, developing, and retaining restaurant partners. You will lead a team of inbound and outbound sales professionals, define and execute winning strategies, and drive a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute local sales strategy to sign, acquire, and retain partners.
- Build scalable sales processes for partner acquisition, onboarding, and long‑term success.
- Manage pipeline health and forecasting accuracy using CRM tools.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Developers with hands‑on training and active participation in sales calls.
- Own key KPIs, use data‑driven insights to monitor impact, optimise efficiency, and maximise revenue growth.
- Foster a high‑performance culture grounded in learning, collaboration, and recognition.
- Partner cross‑functionally with Growth, Account Management, and Ops to align strategies.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor moves, and customer feedback to inform strategy and messaging.
