Novancy, a leading staffing and talent recruitment firm specializing in Information Systems and Digital Transformation, invites applications for a Product Owner – Core Insurance Platform (BMP) position. This permanent, hybrid role is based in Casablanca and Rabat, Morocco, and is part of a global insurance leader’s strategic transformation initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and own the squad backlog for the BMP rollout, ensuring every feature delivers value and aligns with Allianz’s strategic goals.
• Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders, designers, architects, and developers, facilitating workshops, defining acceptance criteria, and validating requirements.
• Drive agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and track delivery KPIs, ensuring sprint objectives are met.
• Mentor Business Analysts and contribute to building capabilities across the BA/PO community.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and information security policies are upheld, promoting a culture of security awareness.
• Support end‑to‑testing (UAT) and ensure rollout readiness.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 8–12 years of total experience, including 6–8 years as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Lead Consultant.
• Strong background in core insurance platforms (BMP, ABS, GRP2, or equivalents such as Guidewire).
• Proven experience in global rollouts or large‑scale transformation programs within the insurance domain.
• Expertise in backlog management, agile ceremonies, and stakeholder facilitation.
• Hands‑on experience with Jira, Confluence, and SAFe (or similar scaled agile frameworks).
• Demonstrated ability to steer cross‑functional teams and define product vision.

Desirable Qualifications:

• CSPO or SAFe certification.
• Previous people management experience.
