Production Supervisor – Automotive Plant

Lead daily production operations, monitor KPIs, manage teams across three shifts, and ensure quality and delivery targets are met. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, support layout changes, and collaborate with quality and training departments. Requires strong leadership, lean methodology experience, and fluency in English and French.
