As a Production Supervisor at Lear’s Rabat plant, you will oversee the entire production cycle for automotive seating and e‑systems components. Your primary responsibilities include monitoring key performance indicators such as efficiency, output, scrap rates, RPPM, IPPM, and WIP on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. You will lead and manage team leaders and operators across three shifts, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining the highest quality and customer delivery standards.

Key duties involve achieving WIP inventory targets, supporting layout changes and line flexibility, and implementing solid action plans to meet forecast commitments. You will collaborate closely with the quality department to resolve production issues and work with service training and HR to enhance team skills. Your role will also focus on ramp‑up of new product launches, ensuring each milestone is met and resources are available.

We expect you to maintain IATF and LPOF green status, implement safety action plans aligned with corporate guidelines, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. You will motivate the team through weekly and monthly reviews, provide CI training, and drive RPPM, IPPM, and scrap targets.

Qualifications include an engineering or bachelor’s degree with significant production experience, 3–4 years in a similar supervisory role, strong leadership and collaboration skills, and proven experience with lean and continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent communication skills in both English and French are essential.

In return, Lear offers a competitive salary, comprehensive social benefits, medical insurance, transportation allowance, on‑site canteen, paid vacations, flexible working hours, and opportunities for professional development. Lear is committed to diversity and inclusion, providing a supportive environment where your contributions make a real difference.
