Enakl is a pioneering mobility startup focused on transforming everyday commutes in emerging African cities. With a mission to make travel safer, more accessible, and sustainable, Enakl leverages a unique intelligent collective transport technology. The company operates across Casablanca, Paris, Dakar, Tunis, and other major hubs, building a B2B and consumer platform that currently handles over 30,000 monthly bookings.

We are looking for a Technical Product Owner to translate business and product needs into actionable deliverables for our mobility platform. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, operations, and analytics teams to keep the backlog precise, prioritized, and aligned with business goals. They will ensure features are well‑defined, technically feasible, resilient, and adopted by users.

Key responsibilities include:

• Defining and prioritizing product backlog items with clear acceptance criteria.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Ensuring feature feasibility, resilience, and alignment with the product roadmap.
• Using data analytics to drive product decisions and measure feature adoption.
• Maintaining strong communication across technical and business stakeholders.

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Technical Business Analysis.
• Proven experience working with engineering teams in an Agile, high‑velocity environment, including remote collaboration.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into structured product specifications and engineering‑ready requirements.
• Basic SQL proficiency and experience with Mixpanel or similar analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and business contexts.
• On‑site availability in Casablanca – the role is hybrid.

Nice to have:

• Coding or engineering background.
• Experience with B2B products and enterprise clients.
• Exposure to mobile/web product development (Flutter, React, or similar).
• Familiarity with linear or similar project tracking tools.
