    Novancy, a leading IT staffing and recruitment specialist, is expanding its talent acquisition team in Casablanca, Morocco. We are seeking a Junior Tech Recruiter who will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and evaluating candidates for a variety of technology and consulting roles across multiple industries. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to six months of recruitment experience, who are eager to learn and grow in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Sourcing: Leverage a wide range of channels—including job boards, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and professional networks—to identify qualified candidates. Craft compelling job advertisements that resonate with top talent and reflect the unique culture and values of our clients.

    Screening: Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and language proficiency. Evaluate alignment with job requirements and cultural fit, documenting findings in our applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records.

    Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings. Proactively engage with prospects, nurturing relationships and ensuring a steady flow of qualified talent.

    Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver suitable candidates. Provide regular updates on sourcing progress, candidate pipelines, and market insights. Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

    • 0 to 6 months of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a related field (internships included). Preference for candidates with a solid understanding of technology‑related fields.

    • Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken) – a mandatory requirement.

    • Strong research and communication skills, with the ability to engage and assess candidates effectively.

    • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques; advanced knowledge is a plus.

    • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a bonus.

    • Detail‑oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
