Orange Business, a leading digital integrator, invites a Product Owner to spearhead the Shared Platform Factory within its flagship Evolution Platform program. The role is situated in Salâ Al Jadida, Morocco, and operates under a permanent, full‑time CDI contract with a hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the product vision and roadmap for the shared platform factory, ensuring alignment with the broader Evolution Platform strategy.
• Collaborate closely with SAFe Agile teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable user stories.
• Prioritize product backlog, manage releases, and coordinate cross‑functional delivery to meet PI planning commitments.
• Facilitate communication between technical and business teams, ensuring clarity of requirements and expectations.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and progress, escalating issues as necessary to maintain project momentum.
• Ensure compliance with security, architecture, and service level agreements.

Required Skills:

• Strong writing and communication skills in English (fluent) and French (strong).
• Experience as a Product Owner in Agile SCRUM or SAFe environments.
• Leadership, collaborative mindset, synthesis, prioritization, and openness to innovation.
• Knowledge of decision‑making tools and network/telecommunications domain.
• Proficiency in Agile values, principles, and SAFe framework.
