Orange Business, a global digital integrator, is looking for a Manager – Reporting and Learning IT Solutions based in Casablanca, Morocco. This permanent, full‑time role (CDI) will be responsible for leading the integration and optimization of HR IT solutions that empower organizations to enhance operational effectiveness. The manager will collaborate closely with French and international business stakeholders to understand local processes and align them with global HR strategies.
The key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the integration and optimization of reporting and learning tools, along with other HR domains such as Core HR and Workforce Analytics.
- Facilitating cross‑regional partnerships between HR functions and IT teams to simplify the HR technology landscape and promote adoption for continuous improvement.
- Acting as a key liaison bridging diverse business needs with global objectives, ensuring consistent and scalable HR processes.
- Championing innovation by leveraging emerging technologies to enhance HR operations and create value across regions and business units.
- Providing strategic leadership in the development and implementation of innovative HR IT solutions that align with overall business objectives.
- Collaborating with senior management to define the strategic direction of HR technology initiatives.
- Leading cross‑functional teams to drive successful project execution and adoption of new technologies within HR.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
- Minimum 7 years of hands‑on experience in diverse HR domains.
- Strong project and team management skills, with a focus on problem‑solving and vendor coordination.
- Deep understanding of data analytics and reporting processes within HR to inform decision‑making.
- Expertise in leveraging modern HR technology platforms and tools to drive HR initiatives.
- Experience in agile project management methodologies is advantageous.
- Curiosity, enthusiasm for exploring new technologies, and a solution‑oriented mindset.
Education:
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in HR or IT project management are a plus.
