    Novancy, a leading IT staffing and digital talent consultancy based in Casablanca, is expanding its recruitment team. We are seeking a Junior Technical Recruiter who will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and evaluating candidates for a variety of technology roles across multiple industries. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in recruitment fundamentals, a keen interest in technology, and the ability to communicate effectively in both French and English.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), professional networks, and other channels to identify qualified candidates for open technology positions.
    • Job Advertising: Craft compelling job advertisements that highlight the unique aspects of each role and attract top talent.
    • Candidate Pipeline: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings, ensuring a steady flow of qualified prospects.
    • Screening: Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and language proficiency, and evaluate their alignment with job requirements and cultural fit.
    • Documentation: Record candidate evaluations and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to support decision-making and reporting.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide regular updates on sourcing progress, and deliver suitable candidates.
    • Candidate Experience: Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
    • 0 to 6 months of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a related field (internships included).
    • Preference for candidates with a good understanding of technology-related fields.
    • Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
    • Strong research and communication skills, with the ability to engage and assess candidates effectively.
    • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques; advanced level is a plus.
    • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a bonus.
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
