Novancy, a leading IT staffing firm, invites applications for the position of Junior Technical Recruiter in Casablanca, Morocco. This full‑time role is designed for recent graduates or individuals with up to six months of recruitment experience, including internships. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and evaluating candidates for technology roles across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing: Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, and other channels to identify qualified candidates.
- Job Advertising: Craft compelling job advertisements to attract top talent.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
- Screening: Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and language proficiency.
- Evaluation: Document candidate evaluations and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
- Candidate Experience: Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 0 to 6 months of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a related field (internships included).
- Preference for candidates with a good understanding of technology-related fields.
- Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong research and communication skills, with the ability to engage and assess candidates effectively.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques; advanced level is a plus.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a bonus.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
Location: Casablanca, Morocco.
