    Novancy Consulting, a leading IT staffing firm, is seeking a Junior Tech Recruiter to support its growing client base in Morocco. Based in Casablanca, the role is a full‑time, hybrid position that blends on‑site collaboration with remote flexibility.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sourcing: Identify and attract qualified IT professionals through job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, and other channels.
    • Screening: Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and language proficiency.
    • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
    • Candidate Experience: Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Record Keeping: Document candidate evaluations and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
    • 0 to 6 months of recruitment, sourcing, or related experience (internships included).
    • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
    • Strong research and communication skills, with the ability to engage and assess candidates effectively.
    • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques; advanced level is a plus.
    • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with ATS.
    • Detail‑oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
