    Novancy, a leading IT staffing and talent recruitment firm, is expanding its presence in Morocco and seeks a Junior Tech Recruiter to support its growing client base. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging qualified candidates for a variety of technology roles across multiple industries, including Information Systems, Digital Transformation, and Cloud Services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), professional networks, and other channels to identify qualified candidates.
    • Job Advertising: Craft compelling job advertisements and post them across relevant platforms to attract top talent.
    • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
    • Screening: Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and language proficiency.
    • Assessment: Evaluate candidates’ alignment with job requirements and cultural fit.
    • Documentation: Record candidate evaluations and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
    • Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
    • Communication: Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and candidate pipelines, and communicate professionally with candidates to ensure a positive experience.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
    • 0 to 6 months of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a related field (internships included).
    • Preference for candidates with a good understanding of technology-related fields.
    • Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).
    • Strong research and communication skills, with the ability to engage and assess candidates effectively.
    • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques (advanced level is a plus).
    • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a bonus.
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

    • Location: Casablanca, Morocco.
    • Employment Type: Full-time.
