    We are currently seeking a Junior Tech Recruiter to strengthen our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate or someone with up to six months of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a related field, including internships. A solid understanding of technology‑related domains is highly desirable, as is a passion for identifying and engaging high‑quality candidates.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Sourcing: Identify qualified candidates through job boards, social media platforms such as LinkedIn, professional networks, and other relevant channels. Craft compelling job advertisements and post them across multiple platforms to attract top talent.
    • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings, ensuring a steady flow of talent for our clients.
    • Screening: Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and language proficiency. Assess alignment with job requirements and cultural fit.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver suitable candidates. Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and candidate pipelines.
    • Candidate Experience: Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
    • 0 to 6 months of recruitment, sourcing, or related experience (internships included).
    • Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
    • Strong research and communication skills, with the ability to engage and assess candidates effectively.
    • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques; advanced level is a plus.
    • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a bonus.
    • Detail‑oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
