Orange Business, a global digital integrator, is looking for an EPC Catalog Product Owner based in Salâ Al Jadida, Morocco. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the Next‑Gen EPC catalog accurately reflects product definitions, structures, and attributes, enabling a seamless digital ordering journey for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain the data structure of the EPC catalog in accordance with TMF standards.
- Ensure products and offers from business lines are correctly modeled, reflected, and enriched with centrally managed data, including hierarchy models and marketing/finance code assignments.
- Lead the catalog population process to maximize content quality.
- Collaborate with the Data Quality team to define, execute, monitor, and remediate EPC data quality.
- Work with business stakeholders to manage and prioritize the EPC functional roadmap, liaising with IT teams and EPC vendors to deliver enhancements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications, information technology, engineering, business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in telecom product management, product ownership, or catalog management.
- Strong understanding of telecom B2B products such as connectivity, cloud, and IoT.
- Experience with the TM Forum framework, particularly SID.
- Hands‑on knowledge of SAFe and/or Agile delivery environments.
- Awareness of sales order processes from lead to cash.
