Role Overview
As the Technical Lead, you will be the linchpin of our engineering efforts, responsible for:

• Leading a small, high‑performing team of 3‑4 senior developers.
• Architecting and maintaining scalable micro‑services using Java, Spring Boot, and cloud services.
• Ensuring robust API design (RESTful) and seamless integration with front‑end frameworks such as React and Next.js.
• Driving continuous integration and delivery pipelines (CI/CD) and enforcing best practices in testing, code review, and documentation.
• Championing the adoption of AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs), retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), and model‑context protocols (MCP).

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end‑to‑end development lifecycle, from design to deployment.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and data science teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Evaluate and integrate new tools and frameworks that enhance productivity and product quality.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement proactive improvements.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6‑9 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and cloud-native architecture (AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform).
- Strong front‑end skills with React and Next.js.
- Solid understanding of micro‑services, RESTful APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, especially large language models, RAG, and MCP.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French and Arabic is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (BAC +5) in Computer Science or related field.
