    The Value Management Office (VMO) is a critical function that transforms strategic vision into impactful outcomes. The VMO leads the charge in optimizing portfolio value, fostering agile practices, and enhancing governance across the organization. The VMO’s responsibilities include facilitating Lean Portfolio Management processes, coordinating key portfolio events, collaborating with the Lean‑Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) to enact successful practices across the portfolio, establishing and maintaining metrics‑driven governance frameworks, ensuring value delivery is consistently measured and improved, communicating and amplifying the portfolio strategy, supporting the implementation of lean budgeting practices, and fostering operational excellence.
