DXC CDG Maroc, a joint venture between DXC Technology and the Moroccan Deposit and Management Fund (CDG), specializes in IT services for digital transformation of large enterprises and institutions. We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect to join our Enterprise Strategy and Architecture team focused on the banking sector.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading technical direction for key business outcomes and defining end‑to‑end solutions across banking domains.
• Providing architecture guidance, maintaining Target State Architecture, and mapping components to the asset management system.
• Aligning application roadmaps with technology strategy and architectural principles.
• Optimizing architecture, performing scaled modeling, and conducting design reviews.
• Managing backlog grooming, raising features, epics, and stories, and ensuring dependencies are identified.
• Conducting impact analysis of functional and non‑functional requirements, regulatory impacts, and risks.
• Documenting architectural decisions to meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Validating design artifacts for completeness and testability.

Required experience:

• 10+ years in technology, with 5+ years in end‑to‑end solution architecture.
• Strong business acumen and engagement skills in complex, regulated environments.
• Financial services experience, especially commercial lending, leasing, or equipment finance.
• Experience with legacy transformation programs and agile scaling.
• Proficiency in architecture optimization, modeling, and design reviews.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Relevant architecture or cloud certifications are a plus.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
