Orange Business, a leading digital integrator, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join its finance team in Salé, Morocco. The role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders across the organization. You will draft and maintain functional documentation, including specifications, user stories, use cases, and workflows, ensuring consistency and traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include contributing to the definition and evolution of the data model and business processes, supporting technical teams during development, and validating the alignment of delivered solutions with business needs. You will actively participate in functional testing, UAT, and validation of deliverables, and mentor junior BAs when required.

We are looking for a professional with 5–7 years of experience in complex environments such as data, IT, digital transformation, or finance. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and synthesis skills are essential, as are excellent communication and workshop facilitation abilities. Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and/or Waterfall, along with a solid understanding of technical concepts (data, information systems, APIs, integrations), is required.

Additional qualifications include the ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and demonstrate a professional English proficiency (written and spoken). A can‑do attitude, a willingness to tackle challenges head‑on, and a drive to innovate are highly valued.
