Glovo, a Barcelona‑based startup and the fastest‑growing delivery player across Europe, Africa, and Western Asia, is seeking a Senior Account Manager – SMB to join its Casablanca team. The position is a full‑time, on‑site CDI with a focus on small‑to‑medium business (SMB) restaurant partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with Glovo’s partners, ensuring their growth and retention through proactive communication, data analysis, and tailored marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with SMB partners, conducting regular business reviews and partner meetings.
- Track, analyze, and report on portfolio performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to align with company OKRs.
- Design and execute promotional plans, negotiate pricing, and coordinate marketing activations to boost partner visibility and sales.
- Identify churned or inactive partners, develop action plans, and drive re‑engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Customer Service) and external stakeholders to deliver customized solutions.
- Own the partner onboarding process within the Glovo app, from store setup to first‑day support, focusing on operations, marketing, and sales.
- Lead new projects and initiatives to improve portfolio management and partner experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in high‑performance account management or business consulting, preferably in FMCG, food‑hospitality, or on‑demand delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Native Arabic speaker with strong proficiency in English.
- Excellent commercial, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management, organizational, and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel; Salesforce experience is a plus.
