Novancy, a leading staffing and talent recruitment firm specializing in Information Systems and Digital Transformation, invites applications for the position of Security Desk Expert. This role is based in Casablanca or Rabat and is integral to safeguarding our clients’ digital assets across the financial services sector and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive security pre‑assessments for new projects and ongoing evolutions, collaborating with Information Security, Physical Security, Operational Resilience, Security Architecture, Data Privacy, and Operational Risk teams.
• Clarify and collect evidence for primary assurance purposes, ensuring alignment with ISO 27001 and other industry standards.
• Monitor overall Bitsight security scores of client assets, identify risks, and orchestrate remediation with product teams to strengthen security posture.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for security questions and requests from client staff, both internal and external.
• Support client Security Oversight and act as an Information Security Lead Expert on related tasks.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in information security or information technology.
• Experience working in the financial services sector is preferred but not mandatory.
• ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor certification strongly preferred.
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certifications preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a decentralized, matrixed corporate environment.
• Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Language Proficiency:

• Fluent in English (mandatory).
• Fluency in French and/or Spanish is an advantage.
