We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Agent to become an integral part of our growing team at XmasterSolutions, located in Settat. In this role, you will be the frontline representative of our brand, engaging with individual customers (B2C) to understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales that deliver value to both the client and the company. Your primary responsibilities will include prospecting new leads, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating terms, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.

Key duties will also involve collaborating closely with our marketing and product development teams to refine sales strategies, contribute to the creation of promotional materials, and provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends. You will be expected to meet or exceed monthly sales targets, report progress to management, and continuously seek opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within our product portfolio.
