Haldorix, a Casablanca‑based startup studio, transforms operational challenges into scalable business opportunities through technology. We identify recurring problems in manufacturing, retail, and logistics, turning them into dedicated solutions that become full‑fledged products. Our ventures include DeVisu, an optical‑vision system for operational optimization, and Nitra3AI, a generative AI platform for industrial performance enhancement.

We are seeking a Lead Technical Architect to spearhead the design and validation of a real‑time industrial vision system for monitoring productivity on textile production lines. The successful candidate will:

    • Architect & Design: Define the overall system architecture, ensuring cohesion across components and technologies.
    • Field Deployment: Oversee on‑site installation and calibration of AprilTags, cameras, and network components.
    • Quality Assurance: Coordinate QA activities and conduct end‑to‑end acceptance testing in production environments.
    • Monitoring Setup: Configure and validate observability dashboards using Grafana and business‑specific KPIs.
    • Documentation: Produce comprehensive technical and operational documentation to support deployment and scalability.
    • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between technical and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment between field needs and system capabilities.
    • Continuous Improvement: Identify optimization opportunities and propose architecture adjustments based on real‑world performance feedback.

The role requires 3+ years of experience in system architecture, strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, and computer‑vision systems, as well as hands‑on experience with hardware calibration and QA methodologies. Excellent communication and documentation skills in English and/or French are essential. Preferred experience includes industrial automation or IoT environments, familiarity with AprilTags or real‑time data pipelines, and exposure to Python, FastAPI, or edge‑AI deployment workflows.

Benefits include immediate impact through a high‑intensity, real‑world project, the opportunity to shape a new industrial AI venture from its early stages, and a mission‑driven environment that values autonomy, clarity, and purpose. The position is a CDI with a hybrid working model, based in Casablanca, offering a competitive monthly salary of 18,000–25,000 MAD.
