Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and issues via chat and phone, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Recommend and upsell products and services to meet customer needs and drive revenue.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow‑up actions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping people.
- Sales acumen and ability to promote and close deals.
