    IO Solutions Contact Center, a leading call center in Morocco, is expanding its team to support its growing customer base. We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist with a strong sales focus to join our dynamic team in Rabat.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle customer inquiries and issues via chat and phone, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
    • Recommend and upsell products and services to meet customer needs and drive revenue.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow‑up actions.
    • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

    Required Skills:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French.
    • Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping people.
    • Sales acumen and ability to promote and close deals.
    • Problem‑solving and technical aptitude.
    • Organizational and time‑management skills in a fast‑paced, computer‑based environment.
    • Reliability, punctuality, and respect for work schedules.
