Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via chat and phone, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of inquiries.
- Provide product recommendations and upsell opportunities based on customer needs and preferences.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (sales, technical support, marketing) to address complex customer issues.
