    IO Solutions Contact Center, a leading provider of customer experience solutions in Morocco, is expanding its operations in Rabat to meet increasing demand for high‑quality customer support and sales services. We are looking for a dedicated Bilingual Customer Service & Sales Specialist who can effectively manage customer interactions across multiple channels, including live chat, email, and telephone.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving issues in both English and French.
    • Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, promoting relevant products and services to enhance revenue.
    • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
    • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Sales, Technical Support, and Quality Assurance to deliver a seamless customer experience.
    • Participate in ongoing training programs to stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
    • Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or sales environment.
    • Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
    • Technical aptitude for quickly learning new software and tools.
    • Excellent time‑management and organizational skills, capable of handling a fast‑paced environment.
    • Positive attitude, teamwork orientation, and a passion for helping customers.
