    PORTNET S.A. est un acteur majeur des services informatiques au Maroc, spécialisé dans la gestion des systèmes d’information et la maintenance des infrastructures réseau. Le poste de Technicien Exploitation & Infrastructures est un rôle clé au sein de l’équipe d’exploitation, garantissant le bon fonctionnement des services IT pour les clients.

    Missions

    • Assurer l’exploitation quotidienne des systèmes d’information et des équipements réseau.
    • Mettre en œuvre les procédures ITIL pour la gestion des incidents, des problèmes et des changements.
    • Surveiller la performance des serveurs Unix/Linux/Windows et intervenir en cas de dysfonctionnement.
    • Effectuer la maintenance préventive et corrective des équipements réseau (switches, routeurs, firewalls).
    • Participer à l’optimisation des processus logistiques et supply chain liés aux infrastructures IT.
    • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de support, de développement et de sécurité.

    Profil recherché

    Diplômé d’un Bac +2 en informatique ou équivalent, vous êtes débutant mais motivé, avec une forte capacité d’apprentissage et d’adaptation. Vous possédez une excellente maîtrise de l’arabe, du français et de l’anglais, et vous êtes à l’aise dans un environnement de travail en équipe.

    Compétences requises

    • Analyse et résolution des problèmes.
    • Coordination et travail en équipe.
    • Référentiels ITIL (Solaris, Cisco, WebSphere).
    • Connaissance des systèmes Unix/Linux/Windows.
    • Connaissance des équipements réseau.
    • Connaissance des processus logistiques et supply chain.
    • Professionnalisme, disponibilité, autonomie et organisation.

    Langues

    Maîtrise courante de l’arabe, du français et de l’anglais.
