    Bienvenue dans le poste de Responsable Développement Centre d'Affaires à Casablanca, une position stratégique au sein d'une équipe dynamique et ambitieuse. Ce rôle clé consiste à piloter la croissance et la rentabilité du centre d'affaires, en assurant la prospection, la fidélisation et la gestion administrative des espaces de travail. Vous serez le moteur de la commercialisation des bureaux, des espaces de coworking et des salles de réunion, tout en développant de nouveaux partenariats et en consolidant les relations existantes.

    Missions principales :

    • Prospection et acquisition : Identifier et contacter de nouveaux prospects, présenter les offres du centre, négocier les conditions d'occupation et conclure les contrats.
    • Fidélisation et relation client : Maintenir un haut niveau de satisfaction client, gérer les demandes et les réclamations, et proposer des solutions adaptées.
    • Gestion administrative : Gérer les contrats d'occupation, le suivi des paiements, la facturation et la mise à jour des dossiers clients.
    • Supervision des services internes : Coordonner l'entretien des locaux, veiller à la qualité des services proposés (nettoyage, sécurité, restauration), et assurer la conformité aux normes en vigueur.
    • Promotion et communication : Participer à la mise en place d'actions marketing, organiser des événements de networking, et représenter le centre lors de salons et de conférences.

    Profil recherché :

    • Diplômé Bac+3 en commerce, gestion ou équivalent.
    • Expérience de 2 à 3 ans dans un poste similaire (centre d'affaires, coworking, immobilier d'entreprise).
    • Excellentes compétences commerciales, sens de la négociation et de la persuasion.
    • Capacité à travailler de façon autonome, à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément et à respecter les délais.
    • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) et des logiciels de gestion de contrats.
    • Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais (niveau bon) et du français (niveau courant).

    • Commercialisation et vente.
    • Prospection et acquisition de clients.
    • Gestion de contrats et de dossiers administratifs.
    • Gestion de projet et coordination d'équipe.
    • Maîtrise des outils informatiques et bureautiques.

    Conditions de travail :

    • Contrat à durée indéterminée (CDI).
    • Lieu de travail : Casablanca (présentiel).
    • Horaires flexibles mais présence sur site requise.
    • Rémunération compétitive selon profil et expérience (à discuter).
