    À propos du poste

    En tant que Chargé(e) RH à Casablanca, vous serez le point de contact principal pour toutes les fonctions liées aux ressources humaines au sein de TELUS International. Vous travaillerez dans un contexte d’externalisation offshore/nearshore et de Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), où la gestion efficace des talents et la conformité réglementaire sont essentielles.

    Responsabilités clés

    • Administration des dossiers RH : collecte, mise à jour et archivage des informations relatives aux employés.
    • Gestion des opérations RH : coordination des processus internes, y compris la planification des effectifs et la gestion des contrats.
    • Documentation RH : création et maintenance de la documentation légale, des politiques internes et des procédures d’onboarding/offboarding.
    • Conformité et audits : assurer le respect des normes légales et internes, préparer les audits RH et mettre en œuvre les recommandations.
    • Support RH : répondre aux questions des employés, faciliter la communication entre les équipes et résoudre les problèmes liés aux ressources humaines.

    Profil recherché

    Vous avez un niveau de licence (Bac +3 minimum) et une expérience de 1 à 3 ans dans un poste similaire. Vous êtes à l’aise avec l’anglais et le français (niveau B2 minimum). Vous avez une forte capacité d’organisation, de communication et de gestion de dossiers.

    Conditions de travail

    Contrat à durée indéterminée (CDI) en présentiel (OS). Le télétravail n’est pas proposé pour ce poste. Vous travaillerez dans un environnement international, avec des équipes réparties sur plusieurs continents.
